Great place to train, super relaxed and friendly environment. Can probably count on one hand how many times I had to wait for a machine. Unless you’re doing something super specialised, this gym will have everything you need to get after it. Thanks Ben!

I am from Jamaica and so wanted to be in a space to work out. After some confusion about the guidelines I had a wonderful on boarding meeting. The space is wonderful. Great equipment. Well maintained. Clean.

Highly recommend! Stopped by Canberra for a quick work trip and was able to purchase a one day pass and the owner was so accomodating as I needed to use the gym in the evening. The gym is spotless with new equipment. Will be back during my next visit to Canberra thank you!

I was in Canberra for 1 month for work and joined Fitness Grand for this time. I was really impressed with the gym. The equipment is very new and it’s kept extremely clean and tidy. The owner was very easy to communicate with and all the locals in the gym were super friendly too. I will be back in the future.
