Fitness minded crew does an excellent job at giving you their best 100% attention and making sure each step you take is toward your goals. Personally they helped me with my goal of getting leaning while maintaining my muscle and improving in compound exercises. 20% body fat to 12% was the goal they helped me achieve. Their prices are very affordable and well worth it in my opinion. Big shout to Jose and Amber for guiding me through my fitness Journey.

Husband and I have loved our experience with Fitness Minded — it is our first exposure to fitness training and Amber and Jose are the most likeable people you’ll ever meet. Also knowledgeable and wise when it comes to nutrition and different workouts to train different areas. I personally started with Amber when I was 5-6 months pregnant. She listened to my wishes and pushed me during the pregnancy, even in the final weeks leading up to birth. Fast forward to 2 months post partum — I wanted to get back into training and she accepted me and we worked on getting back into good nutrition and healthy exercise practices while losing weight and maintaining breastmilk production. It has just been so wonderful to have her in my corner all this time. I would recommend Fitness-Minded to anyone interested in bettering their health and fitness routines. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cannot say enough incredible things about Fitness Minded!! My husband and I signed up for 6 months Couples Personal Training with Coach Randy and had the best experience. He was informative, encouraging and helped us integrate fitness and healthy eating into our busy lifestyle. In each session, he was willing to customize training plans based on what felt right for us and ensure we were training safely. All of the trainers (Randy, Jose, Marvin, Amber) are amazing and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. They create the right environment so you feel comfortable to push yourself in each session. We hope to be back super soon!

Amber has been my trainer since June, and she has been instrumental in my journey to get healthy and eat right, assisting me in reaching my personal goals. One standout quality of Amber is her willingness to try different things in our sessions. Recently, we ran around the buildings outside, which was a fun twist from my usual treadmill workouts. Just today, she finished my session by doing kettlebell exercises right alongside me. That really meant a lot to me as it showcased her commitment and partnership in my fitness journey. Amber’s steady encouragement has made all the difference. She truly believes in my potential and consistently reinforces that I can achieve more, which has been incredibly motivating. Randy is a fantastic trainer. He is upbeat, friendly and will hold you accountable. If you follow the calorie counting regimen and give it your all in the workouts, you will achieve your goals.
