Overall this gym is good, but it is very disappointing they are kind of hostile to competitive bodybuilders. The is no posing room and if you take your shirt off to seriously practice posing in front of a mirror, not bothering anyone or being weird/sexual, the staff will yell at you. Management: please tell me, where am I supposed to practice?? This is a legitimate athletic activity.

I love this gym!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and updated on a consistent bases. If anything breaks they fix it in a timely manner.(no more than a week) If you like to do squats or deadlifts, the gym has a total of 9 squat racks with weightlifting platforms. They have a spacious area for aerobics, stretching, and calisthenic exercises. The gym is excessively clean. During business hours there is someone on the floor maintaining a clean environment. The locker rooms are always clean with plenty of fresh towels. If you love cardio they have a plethora of treadmills, bikes, stair climbs, and rowing machines. There is no shortage of dumbbells and kettlebells. They even have free zero gravity massage chairs!

This gym recently sold the equipment that had the boxing bag, landmine, hanging bars, cables, trampoline/med balls and more, and I’m gutted. The trampoline with med balls is the biggest loss as it’s no longer at this location. Some of this equipment is still located throughout the gym, but the new equipment is mainly cables (thank god it has a landmine). Anyway, big miss selling that unique equipment. Otherwise a decent gym.

Nice gym, very large with a lot of different sections, weight and machines. I like the layout and that it is big. The staff is also very friendly and they have a nice bike storage area. The second section of the gym (with the stretch area/astro grass) can be a bit hot on warm days, I don’t think they have AC in there just a bunch of fans and it can get stinky and stuffy in there. The location can be a bit dodgy, with a lot of drug addicts in the area and there is also some tents close by under the bridge, but it’s fine if you drive there. Nice large bathroom and there is also plenty of parking available. Gym gets busy at about 4is - 7ish.
