I had a great experience at Fiume Pizzaria & Wine Bar in San Antonio. The pizza was excellent – really fresh with great flavor – and the coffee was surprisingly good too. The location is very nice, and the place itself is clean and well maintained, which makes it even more enjoyable to sit and relax. Friendly vibe, good food, good prices, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star spot in my book.
Service is spot on, fast, efficient and professional. (FYI. Happy hour doesn’t start till 3). And the pizza is absolutely amazing. We were here 3 years (no review from then, but we thought it was good) and thought we might have remembered wrong. But we were right. This is the best place to get pizza. It’s a great place to people watch on the river walk too. We were here in the afternoon and it was quiet. Lots of people but no loud music. We will definitely be back.
This was my first time coming to San Antonio and I just got there after a very long drive from hiking. This place is so nice, beautiful, and still so affordable! Not only that, but the pizza is sensational! I absolutely forgot the host name, but my god, he was doing such an amazing job and you can tell when people really enjoy their jobs. He went beyond and above sharing information about the pizza. When he was describing the pizzas, it was like the ratatouille scene when he was mixing the flavors of the food together. Our waitress was also very and extremely helpful and so wonderful. The interactions with the 2 was so far the best customer service I’ve ever received. It was also so cool seeing the cook make the pizzas, shout out to the chef too! My partner and I got Chicken Pineapple Jam and Mediterranean Pizza. I really enjoyed both pizzas, but i absolutely will forever love the Chicken Pineapple Jam pizza. The pizza is so sourdough, which made the crush/dough taste absolutely amazing. The best pizza I’ve ever had! Please open up a location in Houston 😁 My visit 12/18/2025 around 6:20pm
Fiume Pizzeria & Wine Bar Had an awesome experience here. The staff actually understands gluten-free and takes it seriously — separate prep area, separate pans, no cross contamination. Kayla took care of us at the bar and was super genuine and on point with recommendations. The pizza was great (not “good for gluten-free,” just good), and the gluten-free pasta was even better. I didn’t get sick, we both left full, and everything just felt fresh and intentional. Hard to find places that handle allergies right and still deliver flavor, but they definitely do. Definitely a spot I’d come back to. 5/5.
Fiume Pizzeria and Wine Bar was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had along the River Walk. The atmosphere is modern, relaxed, and shaded perfectly from the Texas sun — with colorful flags and an open-air view of the river that sets an amazing mood for lunch or dinner. I ordered the Fungi Pizza, bruschetta, and their signature sangria — and everything hit the mark. The fungi pizza was cooked perfectly with a light, crisp crust, rich mushrooms, melted cheese, and fresh arugula that gave it a great earthy balance. The bruschetta was just as impressive — toasted perfectly, topped with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle that tied it all together. The sangria was refreshing and bold, filled with fruit and flavor, not just sweetness. The presentation was spot-on, and the service matched it — attentive without being overbearing. Watching the riverboats pass by while enjoying great food and drinks made it a standout San Antonio stop. Highly recommend grabbing a table on the patio if you can — it’s easily one of the best spots on the River Walk to relax, eat, and take in the view.
