This was our 1st experience using Five Star Transportation Services. They exceeded my expectations starting from the initial email requesting a quote for various vehicles. Every person I interacted with at Five Star, was very professional. Communications with this company is outstanding, whether it is an email, text, or phone call... they are quick to respond and provide specific answer to any question. I received a number of confirmation emails & text msgs, about a week in advance of our reservation date. This was reassuring to me, since it was an important day with a number of items on the itinerary at different locations. There was no question about the charges vs what was quoted. If we needed extra time with the driver/vehicle, it was simply paid at an hourly rate, which was disclosed many times. I thought their pricing was quite reasonable too. Their website mentions that they refresh their vehicles frequently, by replacing them with new vehicles. We used the Executive Sprinter. It looked brand new both outside and inside. Inside was very very clean, and had updated technologies. Out driver for the day was Nancy. Five Star said they would show up 15 minutes prior to our reservation time, and they did. Nancy was very professional in her personality and in her appearance. She was in a nice dark professional suit & tie. That made us feel very special on a special day. She was very patient while waiting for us to get ready. She also confirmed the itinerary & times with us in person. Nancy needed no directions from us and took the appropriate routes, got us to our various destinations ahead of schedule and was ALWAYS at the front doors waiting for us when we were ready to leave various places around San Diego. She dropped us off at some locations, closer to the doors than we thought you could get. When I went to text Nancy, that we were ready for pickup, Nancy was already in position to pick us up. Some locations downtown had heavy traffic, making unloading and loading a little challenging with some elderly folks on board. Nancy made absolutely certain, that everybody was safe getting in and out of the vehicle. Nancy was upbeat & positive (always smiling) the entire day (9 hours). For the owners of Five Star, having Nancy as a representative of your company, is truly an asset for you. You could not ask for a better representative of your company because she is one of the reason I would use Five Star in the future, no doubt. And because of the way Nancy helped to make our special day, special, I will highly highly recommend using Five Star for transportation!!! Great time. Thank you everybody at Five Star who had a hand in making our day special!

Adrian and the team were wonderful to work with. I need a reliable team to help me with a big event with around 40 people. And the team at Five Star was fantastic! The buses were super clean, new, and the driver was exceptionally polite.

I highly recommend Five Star. They are all about customer service and luxury comfort for the client, from the registration to the updates on arrival time of the driver. 🙏2

Used Five Star to and from LAX and it was great. Made a long travel experience easy and relaxing way to start and finish. Will use again.

Five Star is absolutely fantastic when it comes to customer service and ease of booking, no matter the occasion. I’ve used them for everything from solo airport rides to coordinating transportation for 12 family members across town, and the service is white glove every time. Professional, reliable, and always a smooth experience. Highly recommend!
