Joe kept me informed of what was happening with the repairs being made on my car following a black ice incident. My car was returned in a very clean and shiny condition. Excellent service and the car was repaired within two weeks, a higher than expected time. The guys were friendly, informative and knew what they were doing - no excuses. Great service by everyone concerned 👏 Would recommend this company for any repairs needed 👍

Excellent service from Fix Auto North, Leeds. Darren was so helpful & saved our Christmas after my son had an accident in his car on 19/12/25 which meant he wouldn’t be able to travel home to spend Christmas with us all in Liverpool & get to work & back. Darren went above & beyond to get his car booked in & provide a hire car on 23/12/25 (as per his insurance policy) for which we were so grateful. His car was repaired & ready to collect during the 1st week in January 2026 too. Thank you so much to all involved & especially Darren. Would highly recommend this company.
