It was my one of the best estimates in comparison with other shops. The specialist who examined my car showed me areas needed attention which I and others missed. The final quality was excellent. The time of the repair was much shorter than I expected. To my surprise Fix Auto was able to save money on the job, and passed these savings to me. It was like a 500 dollars gift. I never had a case when final price would be much less than the original estimate. Fix Auto definitely won all my future repairs.

Great experience with a solid company. Staff was helpful in a non-ideal situation. Communication was clear and informative and everyone was pleasant to interact with and the office looked organized and well run. Insurance was covering all the payments but still felt like the customer (just can't speak to pricing beyond it seems like you will get quality work and service with what you pay for)

I was referred by Geico to Fix Auto San Jose (Brokaw Road) to fix the rear bumper on my 2016 Honda CR-V. I dropped it off on Friday expecting to get it back by Tuesday, but after explaining that I needed the car sooner, the team went above and beyond and finished the repair by Monday afternoon! When I picked it up, the car looked brand new—clean, shiny, and perfectly repaired. I’m super impressed with their quality work, fast turnaround, and great customer service.
