Très mauvais service. Une réparation de 4 jours se transforme en 8 jours et à chaque fois on devait appeler pour un suivi, aucune mise a jour de leur part sauf si on les appelle quasi 2x par jour. Supposer récupérer mon véhicule demain ( ça reste à voir !!) bien hâte de voir si au moins la qualité est au rendez vous!! Mise à jour : je peux récupérer mon véhicule mais devrai y retourner. Ils ont installés le mauvais mirroir et un technicien a cabossé une porte. Pire service ever ! Allez dans un autre garage !!

Parti faire un devis pour enlever deux taches de rouilles et j’ai été choqué par le prix, le carrossier me parlait de 3000 dollars de réparation juste pour ça. À vous de juger si c’est exagéré ou non . En sachant qu’au départ il a commencé par me dire qu’ils ne réparaient pas ça et après discussion il m’a sorti le chiffre de 3000 dollars. ( échange peu Professionnel sans bonjour ni au revoir)

When I came to pick up the vehicle after repairs were made, I noticed several issues. The bumper did not line up correctly, they damaged my dashboard, and there were some issues with paint. The second time I went to pick up I noticed the new windshield was cracked. I also found out that aftermarket parts were used instead of OEM. They said that he insurance company did not inform them. Finally went to pick up my car and everything was in order. Hopefully no more future issues.
