He's nice but you have to chase, there is no transparency on prices, no updates forthcoming (I had to message and call continuously), and then discovered that there are better places that are cheaper and more professional. It feels dodgy and they made me feel like I was asking a lot by simply wanting updates on my own item. Just go somewhere else for piece of mind.
