He's nice but you have to chase, there is no transparency on prices, no updates forthcoming (I had to message and call continuously), and then discovered that there are better places that are cheaper and more professional. It feels dodgy and they made me feel like I was asking a lot by simply wanting updates on my own item. Just go somewhere else for piece of mind.

I had a motherboard issue and Anton handled everything from start to finish. He picked up my PC, diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated clearly throughout, and replaced the motherboard. Super professional, great communication, and my PC is running perfectly again. Highly recommend.

I landed with Petrov because the Apple Store wanted to charge me close to AUD 1000 to repair a known screen factory defect on my Macbook Pro. Petrov did it for a third of the price and very fast.
