Carlos is fantastic. If you are having computer issues like I was (major ones), contact Fix My Computer On Site. Carlos knows computers and can fix, update, modify, adjust, remove, backup. Whatever is needed. He removed unwanted & unwelcomed files and malware from my computer. He fixed my one drive, google drive and internal storage to work properly. I made a 6th month maintenance appointment to keep my data safe and my computer up to date. He made me promise to turn off my computer every night. That's when thieves try to access our systems! I am so lucky to have met his wife Ivonne years ago, kept in contact and have recommended him to numerous friends. With Ai, it's even more important to keep our data safe. If you don't have a computer guy, choose Carlos. He's owner and operator. I highly recommend him! Now I can breathe again!
Carlos is a miracle worker. I could not even get my laptop to open any longer so he could not remotely contact to it. But he came to the house put all sorts of cords and gadgets onto the computer was able to back up all my information and replace the old dead hard drive with a new faster version. I am up and running and very very pleased. Ivonne runs the office and she was attentive and thorough in setting up my appointment. I'm so happy to have found a family-owned business that is so competent, reliable and trustworthy.
