Lexi is INCREDIBLE. I am a very picky person, hardly ever like my haircuts 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I'm in love with my hair. First of all, they are seriously lovely - warm, kind, funny and professional. They are a perfectionist and spent a lot of time perfecting my bob. I've never gotten more compliments in my life and I've now had a week of styling it myself and it's a dream. I highly recommend them and they've got a new loyal client.

⭐ 5 Stars for Lexi and The Fix Salon ⭐ I’ve been getting my hair done by Lexi for the past 3 years, and she continues to blow me away every single time. She doesn’t just give haircuts — she creates magic. I’ve lost count of the number of compliments I’ve received over the years because of her work Today was extra special. She spent so much time perfecting every angle, every layer, every detail with so much patience and care and the result was nothing short of a crown. Not to forget the lovely salon with artists who are genuinely passionate about what they do!

It's not an exaggeration to say that Andi literally gave me my dream colour and cut. She's attentive, proactive and also fun to be with. One other thing I love is that she colours and cuts my hair to last, so even when my colour fades it will still look good. It means I don't have to go back as often which means I get super high value from each appointment. Can't recommend her enough. Thank-you Andi for making me feel like myself...that hasn't happened in a long time!!! Misia

My fiancée just got her hair done by Andi at Fix Hair Salon, and she looks absolutely stunning! Andi did such an incredible job — her attention to detail, creativity, and skill really show in every strand. My fiancée’s hair looks so healthy, beautifully styled, and perfectly suits her. The whole experience at Fix Hair Salon was wonderful — warm, professional, and relaxed. Andi made her feel completely comfortable and listened to exactly what she wanted, then somehow made it even better than we imagined. UPDATED with before and after photos (before had black roots and blotchy black in it). When the color remover took out the black, of course it wasn’t taken out all the way or my hair would fall out so it went a light orange color. Aurora did a great job removing it and getting it to match my hair. She didn’t do permanent as she said she wanted to make sure the color was ok and if I wanted to change it later that I could without compromising my hair. She also stated that it could fade a bit and to come back in if it starts looking weird — I highly appreciate and am very impressed! I’ll definitely be going back :) and finally, I have peace of mind. Below is my review after the consultation I had but before the actually appointment to fix my hair: Aurora approached my situation with genuine empathy and care — something I deeply needed after working with two previous stylists who left my hair damaged and my confidence shaken. On top of that, I was going through an incredibly emotional time, as my father-in-law was in hospice and has since passed. Even though we haven’t done the actual appointment yet, Aurora has already given me something I hadn’t felt in a long time — confidence. She took the time to truly listen, performed strand tests (which no one else had even suggested), and treated me like a human being, not just another client in the chair. That care and honesty mean everything to me after what I’ve been through. Thank you, Aurora, for helping me feel supported, seen, and hopeful again — both for my hair and for myself. **I’ll update later once my hair has been completed and fixed — this was a review based on the conversation and consulting while doing testing on my hair in evaluating how to fix it**
