(Avis modifié) Nous avons tout d'abord eu une mauvaise expérience avec leur service de réparation. Par ailleurs, nous avons pu rapidement en discuter avec le propriétaire, il a reconnu leur part de responsabilité et nous avons pu trouver une solution convenable qui a été mise en place rapidement par un employé compétent. Je connaissais l’excellence de l’entreprise, ma fille a fait installer une thermopompe il y a 2 ans, super service très minutieux. Cette annee j’ai fait nettoyer ma thermopompe et bravo William pour ton excellent service courtois, poli, précis et exécuter avec rigueur professionnel. Je recommande totalement cette entreprise.
