Absolutely delicious! Best ramen I’ve had; truly. We also had chicken bao buns. The chicken was fantastic and the bun was soft and fluffy. The ramen was full of flavor and the noodles were a good texture. There is not much seating. We had a bit of a wait, maybe like 15-30mins when we arrived on a Friday evening to dine in. It was packed and so was the pick up orders. Which only made me want it more. I was not disappointed.

I came to this location with my SO one afternoon. We ordered their black and red Tonkotsu ramen, which tasted good but a bit too heavily seasoned. This was actually the 3rd time I came here, and it consistently causes me stomach problem. While others may find the ramen delicious, I always have higher standards for Tonkotsu ramen, as the broth tasted nothing like ones I had in Fukuoka. Overall, good American-style ramen but lacks in authenticity. In terms of taste and how it affects my stomach, I’d prefer Kyuramen over this place.

I went here with my lovely amazing girlfriend and we had Ichi Roku Raymen and it was amazing. Highly recommended. Why are you not here right now? There’s still Time, hurry up right now

We visited for dinner and had a great experience. We truly enjoyed our meal, and the fries were especially delicious. Our server, Dewi, provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. We will definitely continue to visit Flame Ramen on Union Ave whenever we’re craving ramen.

This place has been our go to comfort food when we are craving for Ramen. My kids loves their Ramen! Our experience dining here has been awesome and menu is amazingly good and their service is excellent! This is the best Ramen resto in memphis area!
