Amazing service! Jessica had great communication from the day before my appointment til the day off. They are very reasonable in prices. I love that fact they are mobile because I work a lot and couldn’t make it to the location. I worked with Greg as my tech and he was super nice and very fast! My window repair looks amazing and I appreciate their help. Recommend recommend! You won’t regret it.

I had a very poor experience with Dallas Flash Auto Glass. The company accepted my payment but failed to provide the correct service. The wrong window was ordered and installed, and the job was never properly completed. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company refused to correct the mistake or refund my money. Communication was unprofessional, and accountability was completely lacking. I paid in good faith expecting competent service, but instead was left with an incorrect installation and no resolution. This experience resulted in wasted time, financial loss, and unnecessary frustration. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before doing business with this company, especially when it comes to upfront payments and guarantees of workmanship.

I called ahead asking about a specific glass for my vehicle. I was told technicians were on there way back, and to come in one hour. So I did. I arrived at there office... and waited an additional hour patiently... I finally spoke up and ask what was taking so long. The receptionist replied that it turns out there warehouse did not have the glass. In other words they never checked. 🤦‍♂️ Integrity matters...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I could not be more impressed! My windshield was busted on the freeway and within 3 hours this company had someone at my house ready to fix it. The technician was professional, efficient, and made me feel like a top priority every step of the way. What really stood out is that they even came out after hours without hesitation. The process was stress-free, convenient, and the quality of service was outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable windshield repair!

If I could rate this place a -5 stars I would. For starters, I had one of their guys come out to replace a broken window. They said it would take no more than 30 mins for the wait, it actually ended up being 2 hours of us waiting. The window that was put in didn’t fit my car properly and I was told by the manager Jaime “That window must be defective. I can order a new glass but you’ll have to pay for both” … which made absolutely no sense considering it wasn’t my fault that the window didn’t fit… so I said no to that. So I took the defective glass and 3 days later I had THAT ONE replaced with one from my dealership that actually fit properly. So I was left with their glass that they said I could return. I returned it 12 days ago and I have YET to see the refund. Ive called the place probably 7 times and Jessica says “We are still waiting on the manager to come in, we can’t give you a refund until he comes in.” I just attempted to call again, anndddd straight to voicemail. Did they block me? Who knows. Regardless… to anyone considering buying from this place. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! $275 gone. Apparently the employees can take the money, but can’t refund it🙂

My service with Flash AutoGlass was top tier! I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and get my windshield fixed in less than an hour! I will definitely tell people about them.
