From the first phone call, it was clear that he prioritizes quality over volume. He takes the time to explain the process and ensures you’re comfortable with the plan for your car. The Craftsmanship: Chris Lyon is a true artist. As the head technician, his attention to detail is unmatched. He has an eye for perfection that is rare to find; he spotted and corrected imperfections I didn’t even know were there. The name isn’t just marketing—the results are truly flawless. Chris (owner) and Chris (head technician) were great and the outcome and value were fantastic here. Flawless did a two step paint correction and ceramic on my 3 year old Raptor which had heavy swirls and micro-scratches. I shopped prices before hand and talked to a few different detailing shops. Chris (owner) was transparent and detailed when he called me to discuss. I was clear about what ceramic can and can't accomplish and set good expectations for the process and outcome. His price was also very competitive to the point where I was questioning why but was given comfort by their existing reviews. Chris (head technician) was thorough and very passionate about his work. He actually picked my truck up in the morning because it was on his way and he dropped it off and reviewed the work with me. He takes huge pride in his work and was excited to show me how it turned out. The outcome was that the dull swirled clear coat is now clear and glossy again. You couldn't see the metallic fleck in the paint before and now it pops right out. Some keeper clear coat scratches are still somewhat visible but I didn't expect magic and not everything can come out with a two step paint correction. I plan to bring the truck to them for washes going forward and will bring future vehicles back.

Well by luck I found this place & Chris the Owner ! I just got a new 24 Macan and wanted to have it Ceramic coated ! This place is amazing they are very hands on and walk you thru the whole process! No hype just facts show you before & after results ! I’m in the Car Business and sell high end Cars & SUVs and Boats and I need a place that keeps its promises and does an Excellent job and a legit warranty ! Just a heads up it’s a lot of work to prep a car or SUV in order to ceramic coat it ! Wow picked it up the next morning and my wife could not believe the finish & Quality ! They do all metal surfaces and plastic & glass ! They did an Awesome Job & highly recommend them ! It’s a small shop but they are very Customer friendly! I am so confident I am letting do my 65 Mustang which I have owned over 20 yrs !

Chris and his team did an amazing job with the chrome delete and powder coating of my wheels. Very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend his team!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris Lyon. By the way, there are two Chris's at this business. Mr. Lyon was the one responsible for helping me with my car this time around. He was an absolute joy to work with. He took the time to explain every little detail to me and help me understand more about car care and cleaning than watching 20 YouTube videos. It was clear that he was passionate about what he does and has pride in his work. This place is craftsmanship and the end result was flawless. I highly recommend this place and this will be my go-to for my cars.
