Had my 8 week old puppy groomed by Imogen. She did such a good job. She was clearly gently as he was so chilled after. Looking super handsome. His fur is super soft ! Highly recommended

Imogen was wonderful! She took Marley in last minute and did an amazing job. He was matted, but she transformed him with the cutest haircut and wash and put a cute little bow in his hair.Highly recommend! She is incredible!

We’ve been seeing Imogen for one year and she always takes incredible care of our Toy Cavoodle, Billy. Always 1-1 grooming, and he always comes out looking truly flawless. Even when he was a young puppy and scared of the nail clipping, Imogen made him feel safe and he came out beaming with happiness. He now loves seeing Imogen so much that every time we walk past her salon he starts pulling in that direction. Can’t recommend high enough. If there were six stars to give, we would.

I highly recommend Imogen and Flawless Paws. My puppy is very anxious and absolutely hates grooming. I have been looking for a good groomer, who can make his experience better for 2.5 years (since I got him). Finally I got the right one!!! Imogen was professional and kind, understood not just Charlie's anxiety, but mine as well :-). She was giving me updates throughout the session and I got a relax, happy and very handsome puppy at the end of it. Thanks so much. I'll see you in 4 weeks :-)
