Amazing experience from start to finish. They brought carpet samples directly to my home, measured the room, and had everything ordered and installed within a week. The carpet is waterproof and so soft—exactly what we wanted for our baby’s room. Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating (even came on a Saturday). Fair pricing, outstanding service, and the owner was wonderful.
Floor Coverings International did a consultation for an issue we were having with our primary bedroom closet. The shape is awkward with too many angles to count. We already had another bid in hand but wanted to see if this company can do better. I was able to complete the online booking late in an afternoon for an appointment next morning. The representative even confirmed the appointment via a personal text that same evening. The booking process was seamless, all electronic, yet personal. Chris, who came out for the consultation, was patient and shared honestly about carpet vs. hardwood replacement and the possibility of seeking non-replacement alternatives. He was even able to contact his boss while he was at my house to discuss options and we had all the information we needed within an hour or so. They were efficient, professional, and really knowledgeable. We were able to resolve our issue quickly and cost effectively thanks to Floor Coverings International. Highly recommend!!
Reinel Solano and his team are amazing. They installed all new flooring in my recent renovation, as well as tiled a herringbone pattern guest shower and a dog bath. The staff was fast, friendly, efficient, and clean. They went above and beyond in many cases to ensure that the best result possible was achieved. I recommend contacting Reinel for your next project. Floor Coverings International installed carpet and LVT at a commercial building I manage and did an amazing job. We are a 1921 built concrete floor building that required a lot of leveling and prep work, but the floors came out great. The crew was professional and courteous to our staff and other customers as we were open and operating during installation. They came in at a competitive price for the job and did a great job communicating throughout the project with any issues as they arose. We are working with them again soon when we have additional work done. The sales guy Chris Aboshear was great, easy to talk to and always available for any questions I had. Thank you guys!
The wife and I had carpet in our home and we wanted laminate flooring installed. Mr. Reinel Solano showed up for the initial consultation. He went over the types of flooring and the process from start to finish. He gave us the confidence after and insured that he and his team would be able to handle the job the right way. The total job took a total of two days. The flooring contractors finished the floor in one day (including moving furniture and removing carpet). The second day was just painting the quarter round. Mr. Solano came to our house multiple times to check in on things and to make sure everything was being installed right. If you are looking to have your flooring done, I highly recommend this company and Mr. Solano. This was my first flooring job and am very glad I found them.
