Horrible experience with both management and corporate management on quality of the materials they sell. I bought luxury vinyl from them and once they were installed, I noticed unusual lines and scratches all over the planks that looked like scratches. I called and spoke to the store and were told that is a manufacture problem and someone will get a hold of me. After waiting for three months and emailing pictures and videos to six different people. They said I had to pay an expert to come over and evaluate the stuff which will cost $1300. Are you kidding me? Six months later they send some guy supposedly an ( EXPERT) who said these are normal. I have attached photos for you to see if that looks normal at all. The store sample did not showed any lines or natural Vains as they called them. I am thinking of getting legal help at this time as they have failed to make this right.

My husband and I had an amazing experience that could have easily gone wrong if we didnt have such an amazing team at Floor & Decor to assist us. From the returning of Tile with Bryant, the search for tile replacements with Magan and the checkout with VJ. We were met with nothing but kindness and smiling faces. This will continue to be where we go for All our remodel needs. Thank you all for such 5 star customer service!!

Thank you so much for making my first Experience at floor and decor so easy! We were greeted VJ Who was so friendly and accommodating. He was able to hook us up with Ashley V Who was able to order the right amount of tile and pebble flooring and then talk to us about grout colors and sealants. Her expertise was wonderful and much appreciated. She was extremely patient with us as was VJ. We just want to say thank you floor and decor. You have two very helpful very knowledgeable and very friendly associates on your team.

Really great store for home improvement needs with a lot of options on display and set in showroom style sets. They have designers on staff and employees are very helpful. Joanne helped us out we had an oak cabinet sample that we brought in and she was able to find a good quartz countertop and flooring, that worked well for our garage to ADU project, countertop was on clearance and they were trying sell it out. Sara gave us even a better deal ended up grabbing three slabs. Definitely recommends will be back.

Ian helped me at checkout and was extremely helpful and very personable and helped me sign up to an up coming premier education program sponsored by floor and decor. I will definitely recommend this specific store and this employee to other tile contractors. It was overall a wonderful experience.
