Project: Carpet flooring to Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) replacement Project Manager: Anton Avdeev Installing Team: Sergey, Pavel, Igor From start to finish, Anton has communicated with me regarding the installation and completion of the flooring. Total replacement of my flooring was not an easy endeavor, especially when I needed to secure an HOA approval. Anton has provided all the necessary requirements and documentations that made the HOA application process quick and simple for me. He continued to look for better deals which led me to the beautiful Cyrus Austell Grove LVP by MSI. He worked around my budget, considering all my other requirements that meet certifications ensuring that the materials meet high standards for safety, sustainability, and indoor air quality. The installation team was very professional. They answered all of our questions and explained the process to us. They encountered some bumps (literally and figuratively) along the process, which they remediated without cutting corners. The only issue I had was the confusion regarding the fees and other charges. However, Anton explained it clearly such that it still worked around my budget. Overall, I am more than happy with the installation and the outcome. I shopped around and had a few flooring installers inspect and give me a quote before deciding to go with Radix. I am glad we proceeded with this decision as it has significantly improved our living area and made the whole process smooth and efficient.

Radix Flooring recently completed the installation of 12mm laminate in our living room. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the work performed by Sergio and Andrew. I particularly appreciated their meticulous attention to leveling the subfloor prior to laying the laminate. The planks were fitted together flawlessly, without any visible bumps or gaps. We are extremely pleased with the overall quality, especially considering the reasonable cost. We will certainly consider utilizing their services again for future projects. Our sincere thanks to Alex and the team for a job well done.

Got wood installed on 3 rooms and a hallway. Ross was the team leader and they did a great job. The floor looks great, gaps are small and clean; they fixed some leveling issue with my subfloor and got rid of creaking. The new floor doesn’t make noise, is level, and looks awesome. I was surprised by how fast they worked. Also, I was away during the time that they worked on the floor but the communication was good and I felt like I knew what was going on. They sent me some pictures during and after. Would highly recommend.
