We were shopping for tile and so glad we stopped at this place ! Jon was excellent and answered all our questions and even connected us with a contractor to install our floors . Gilbert and Trey did an amazing job installing over 1000 square feet of tile . Their attention to detail was great and they took their time to do the job right . I highly recommend Floor Depot and their amazing staff and Gilbert and Trey for the installation! We are super happy !

It would be nice to be acknowledged. I walked around the small showroom a couple of times. I was never asked if I needed any assistance. Unfortunately, for them, I’m not a tire kicker. I was looking to purchase and walk out today. Oh, well.

I am devastated. They have not finished our flooring for over 9 months. We have been without a bathroom since we purchased our home in January (it is the end of sept) due to their neglect. And our home was left looking like a construction zone for many months. They started our project in January and after countless excuses, employees not showing up, employees showing up without tools, employees damaging our other floors and subway tiles, the owner trying to charge us for extra materials, installing flooring unlevel and cracked, trying to color in chipped wood with sharpie and cover up mistakes with tape, and other countless headaches. I have been trying to contact them to finish the job because our bathroom still isn’t finish and is in construction…. We have asked them countless time to finish what they started and make the other issues right and they have scheduled with us to which we have cancelled plans countless time to be here all day and no one shows up or answers the phone. They have now ghosted us for almost 2 months. I think it’s because they realized that the damage they caused to our home and what it would cost to finish the project and repair the issues they caused would be more expensive than our final payment. I suspect that they pulled out an insurance claim for the floors, got paid, and have decided to just leave us with the damage and with this mess of a project. We have been patient kind and understanding for way longer than we should have. How can they get away with treating customers like this and being so unprofessional neglectful and sketchy? Never have I been so mistreated and wronged by a company especially after what was supposed to be a happy time in our lives moving into a new house and trying to make it a home.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plenty of selection on name brand products. Material by Shaw Mohawk. Flooring adhesives and cement products from entry level floor patch to self leveling products

They were reasonably priced with premium quality carpet and exceptional service. I highly recommend them. I had 7 companies come out for an estimate and they had the best price, and were professional.
