Floors were installed by Mr. Eddie Farias. They’re fine, but the lack of upfront information was the real problem. Nothing about needing a plumber was mentioned until the job was already done, and I was left dealing with it after the fact right before the holidays. Contractors and their nondisclosures will get you, and this was one of those situations. He only discloses what he wants to up front. After the work was finished, he suddenly told me I now needed to hire a plumber, something never mentioned anywhere in the contract or before the job started. When I questioned it, he tried to spin it as if they had “saved my house from flooding,” and then hit me with an “I’m sorry you feel that way” while still charging me $75 for a toilet that was never put back. If that’s the level of professionalism you’re looking for, go ahead. But I’d strongly suggest finding someone else.

We talked to Mr. Roland Cerna. He was very helpful and didn't talk down to us. He took his time and explained everything about Vinyl flooring. He did not pressure us to buy the most expensive items. He took the time to understand our needs and then recommend the best product for us. He explained the pros and cons of each product we were looking at and we left this business with a lot more knowledge of what we needed than when we walked in. Great experience and would recommend this business to anyone.

My husband and I had a great experience with FLG, from the time we went to the store to look at LVP up to the installation day, Eddie and his team did a great job, we’re really happy with the results, we’ll definitely use them again for any future renovation.

The team at Flooring Liquidators was great! The process to purchase was super easy. I had Eddie Farias install the flooring and his team was great. They did an excellent job and finished in one day. I would highly recommend for purchase and install!
