I really lucked out to have Bruno help me with a large purchase of laminate flooring! I drove from a rural town 300+ miles away and had many questions and considerations about what I needed for a 100+ year old home. He graciously spent the time with me to go through all their options, becoming confident in his knowledge and figuring out which would be the best for the job! He was knowledgeable, personable and willing to take the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’ve been to lumber liquidators before for another job and my time with Bruno was far superior to that previous experience. If you appreciate the dying art of true customer service and looking for quality flooring…and to learn more about flooring options… I highly recommend Bruno over at this Sacramento Flooring Liquidators location!

I went in, the guy at the counter was helpful while Bruno was finishing up with another customer. I could overhear Bruno’s knowledgeable comments about the products so once they left, I asked for his help. He’s very kind, welcoming, and informative. I felt like he was a buddy from high school who really wanted to help me have a successful and affordable project. He encouraged me to take samples & told me about the QR code that leads to a floor simulator to see the floors in my house. He gave me a card and wrote his personal number down. After figuring out what I wanted I sent him a text and he was on top of responding quickly (20 texts to clarify my neediness). My timeline moved up and he worked hard to find me product within my parameters that was in stock in time for install. After placing my order, my installer told me he forgot I needed to get molding too . Since it was last minute the molding I needed wasn’t in stock. Bruno offered to FaceTime with me so I could see a similar product that would match pretty well. He rolled with the punches. He worked hard and I’d say he’s pretty passionate about helping customers out! I definitely recommended asking for Bruno when you go in!

The install took awhile (2 months +) and about three months in the base board pulled away in my kitchen living room transition. Do I take these photos in three months later....here we still all. I went in talked to the manager... texted him the pictures....nothing....so I called, "Oh... I thought someone called you! ...really you guys! No call back and no repair....buyers beware!

The install was great....the finish is where it got difficult. I think more communication would have been better. I was told parts were missing....but then I was called for a finishing appointment and they no-showed. I know we have been in a pandemic and things are delayed...I am cool with that, but I called me....two months later aI decided to check in and I decided to go and add another 1000 to what was paid in good faith. I am hoping the transitions stay in place. The cost was excellent. Robert was very professional when he came to my home to measure. I am happy with the floors....saved $2000 from what S&G was trying to charge me.
