Worked with Matt on replacing 2700sqft of old carpet flooring with new engineered hardwood. The experience was great, communication from Matt in particular was really good. Good value and good company to work with. I would recommend.

We live in Tennessee, but were vising family in Austin and visited Flooring Warehouse on Braker Lane. They were SUPER friendly, competent and helpful and were able to answer our questions and made suggestions which were very helpful! When we returned to Tennessee we decided to redo our main bathroom, including replacing the floors. When I called Flooring Warehouse and spoke with Matt Graybill, several emails and phone calls later (he had Shaw send us some samples of COREtec flooring), Matt went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get a really good price for us. He also arranged for us to be able to pick up the flooring at Shaw near Dalton, Georgia, rather than having to pay for shipping. Customer service, expertise and knowledge are crucial to making remodeling decisions and we received all of that with Matt Graybill at Flooring Warehouse on Braker Lane in Austin, TX. Thank you, Matt!! We love our floors!!

Service That Goes Above and Beyond We recently had new flooring installed by Flooring Warehouse. While there were a few bumps along the way (as these projects sometimes do), the exceptional service—especially from our Account Executive, Matt Graybill—made all the difference. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to a positive outcome. Even while recovering from a weekend injury, he personally stopped by to check on the installation—something we truly appreciated. Matt also went the extra mile by helping us document extensive damage left by a previous tenant, providing detailed and professional support that proved incredibly helpful. Despite the challenges, Flooring Warehouse—and especially Matt Graybill—demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction. We're very happy with the final result and highly recommend them for quality flooring and excellent service.

Flooring Warehouse did a fantastic job on the floors in our house! Flooring Warehouse did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors in two different bedrooms. Andrea Gearhart at the Cedar Park store was very professional and great to work with. She came by the same day and gave me a detailed estimate and followed back up with me a day or so later. Their price was very competitive and she was wonderful to work with and a very good communicator. I will definitely use them again.
