Floors 2 Luv

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Jamie and the crew did on our floor installation! We replaced carpet with vinyl plank, and the professionalism and craftsmanship from Floors 2 Luv was excellent. Jamie responded quickly to my quote request, provided a quote within a couple of days, and was able to begin work in about a week! The work only took a day and a half, but the crew did a great job tidying and cleaning at the end of each day (something I definitely don't take for granted ). The baseboard and quarter round look great and match perfectly with the new floors. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience!

Alvaro and his team lead by Eduardo did a fantastic job on my wood floors! We had warping wood floor damage and a lot of plank spacing from Hurricane Beryl. The replacement experience from Alvaro was top notch. He came a couple days after the hurricane, took moisture readings and measurements, gave me a plan of action, which I had to delay due to insurance, and his communication throughout the process and my delay was great. He replied to every single of my texts and made me feel at ease with the project. When I was ready to move forward, he came back to the house and we set dates for me to be away while all the work was being done. I took a vacation and when I returned, the floors were better than they were when brand new 5 years ago! Floors were smooth, the tone matched exactly to the other wood, and looked fantastic. We are getting ready to sell our house and needed the first floor refinished. We hired a crew to do the work and regretted the choice immediately and did not allow them to finish. We had to call around to find professionals to 'fix' the job and found 'Floors 2 Luv'. I am not usually one to speak in these terms, but I have to say, the floors look stunning. The photos I am attaching do not do justice to the look; the natural finish and amber tint to the wood is a warm tone and a smooth look, almost too perfect if that can be. The crew who did the work were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up and did not leave a single piece of debris for us to clean up. They also installed the quarter rounds and even caulked the walls and floor around the quarter round. The crew took care to protect the counters, cabinets and stairs with plastic sheeting to mitigate the dust accumilation; they even covered the stairs and access to the second floor. Floors 2 Luv were very careful and did such a great job, I would not hesitate to recommend them to refinish your wood floors. Excellent job!
