We visited this shop twice today, with the intention of buying our wedding flowers from them. First time at just after 12, the lady had obviously just opened and was busy putting displays outside, she said hello but that was it. We were in for a good 10 minutes and making it very obvious that we were needing help, eventually she told us that we would be better coming back later as the owner was running late. We then came back at 3ish and the lady, who I presume was the owner did not even bother to lift her head when we walked in. We stayed looking for a further 5 minutes to allow her time to finish what she was doing but still no offer of help. All in all a very disappointing experience that should have been a joy. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Will not be coming back to this florist and would definitely not recommend, which really is a shame as some of the flowers looked just what we were looking for. Back to the drawing board to find a new florist.

I bought an impromptu bunch of flowers for a gift this morning at the cost of £85. They were clearly over priced for what I got, but I was time constrained and the florists location was convenient. All of this I was accepting of as I decided to agree to the purchase and not the reason for the star rating mark down. The insult, and reason for the mark down, was the request for an additional £2 for a basic cardboard display bag to place the flowers in, to which I asked if they were serious when buying the largest bunch they had in the store. After some attitude they agreed not to charge for the bag, but honestly this experience reeked of poor service. I would advise avoiding this place unless necessary.
