I've had flowers organised from this boutique on a few different occasions and they've always been such a beautiful bouquet! The staff are really friendly and helpful if you want to put together your own bouquet. Would highly recommend and great location in the city!

I was stuck in a pinch as I forgot my bouquet for my wedding and I was running late. I called up saying I was 7 minutes around the corner and asked if they had anything that I could use and luckily they did! They really saved the day I can’t recommended them highly enough especially if you are getting married around the corner at the courthouse and get stuck.

Dear Sara and the team at Floret Boutique, Thank you so much for the delivery of a floral arrangement to our daughter's workplace in celebration of her 21st Birthday today. The bouquet is perfect! Absolutely exquisite! Just gorgeous! Sara, you interpreted my request perfectly, the flowers are exactly what I had in mind and you nailed it! I am especially grateful that you were able to do this for me on the day I requested it. I had expected our daughter to stay home and I was going off to buy her a bouquet, so when she said she was going into work late last night ..... panic stations! Thank you once again. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* I ordered a bouquet as part of my colleagues leaving gift, and paid a fixed amount for the team to prepare an arrangement. When I picked the flowers up in the morning, I literally gasped out loud - they were absolutely STUNNING. The bouquet looked like an enchanted fairy garden. I got stopped multiple times on my walk back to the office, and almost every single person at work commented on the flowers, how beautiful they are, and asked where they were from. Most importantly, the recipient loved them and we got to make her feel special. Thank you for the amazing service and perfect gift, I will be recommending to everyone I know and will certainly be using Floret again.

Probably the worst bouquet I’ve ever received. My brother-in-law originally ordered a Tempting Treat Hamper for my sister, but despite still being available online, it was apparently sold out. Instead, they offered a replacement—a bouquet with a chocolate treat. However, the bouquet was poorly wrapped, with the water bag left exposed, making it look unfinished. The chocolates were carelessly attached, and the whole arrangement seemed rushed and thoughtless. To make matters worse, the flowers weren’t even fresh. It’s disappointing that they charged an expensive price for something that looked like a last-minute job. Definitely not worth the money Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else, save you a headache. Edit: It seems like you didn’t even read my review. The issue here is the quality of the bouquet and how poorly it was made—not the fact that the hamper was sold out. What difference does it make whether a refund was offered or not? The main concern is the unacceptable quality of the bouquet.
