Dr. Payne was absolutely amazing, and her entire staff is incredible. I came in on fairly short notice, and I was seen early for my appointment. Dr. Payne is also not going to recommend unnecessary procedures or something that will make you look bad. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr. Payne is, hands down, the best dermatologist and one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen. She is exceptional, very caring, and I am incredibly happy with the results of my procedures. Her office staff are also wonderful and make every visit very pleasant. Highly recommend

I had a great experience at my appointment today. The visit was quick and efficient but very informative, and the dermatologist was extremely kind and professional. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Easy to get to, right off St Charles. It’s nice to see someone who easily understands your concerns. I’m hopeful to see improvement with the recommendations she provided. Highly recommend!

Dr. Payne is the best derm I have ever had! She is a gem in the city as the only black dermatologist and its so nice having someone who has skin like me treating my skin problems! I have gotten lasers, VI Peels, and will be getting microneedling next. My mom and husband see her too. We love her beautiful practice and being her patients. Highly recommend!

I was in need of an urgent dermatology appointment after an irritation on my face did not respond to over the counter treatment. Dr Payne squeezed me into her schedule the next day and gave me the care, prescriptions, and support I needed. Her bedside manner is OUTSTANDING! Her office is beautiful and her support staff is professional and welcoming. Most of my friends and loved ones routinely traveled from New Orleans to Baton Rouge to see the one Black dermatologist there. I am SO THANKFUL that we now have one here in New Orleans. My elderly neighbor sees her for her skincare needs as well. We both rate Dr Payne 100 out of 100! 🙌🏽💕
