An absolutely perfect experience this afternoon with my daughter getting her nails done for the first time. Miss Zao was so patient and professional with my daughter and Mr Steven was wonderful with myself. Such a wonderful session and we even got a hefty discount for paying with cash. Going back tomorrow for matching pedicures!!!

I was on holidays and wanted to do my nails. I’m so happy how they done it. Very professional, welcoming, quick and efficient. My nails are amazing, super talented artists and attention to detail is impeccable. I will come back when I visit Surfers Paradise again. ❤️

We just had our nails done and these are the beautiful results! We are both so so happy with how they turned out, the nail artists were very skilled and completed the look to perfection! Everyone was very kind and polite, 10/10 service. The intricate details were so well executed, we are obsessed! Thank you for the beautiful nails, we will be back again! 100% recommend to anyone 💖

I have been getting my nails done every month or so since I was 17 and feel qualified to say this was one of the best salons — if not the best — I’ve ever been to. I don’t give out 5 stars lightly. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. They greeted me with a water bottle, which was such a thoughtful touch, and they were genuinely lovely throughout the entire appointment. Before they even started, they took the time to discuss the price with me so there were no surprises, and I really appreciated that transparency. The quality of my nails was absolutely incredible. You can tell they take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. Overall, an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this salon to others.

Went to get my nails done with my sister for a wedding and had such an amazing experience. The salon is so nice and looks luxurious. The lady gave me some free pearls on my nails to add to the look and gave me a tip that paying with cash is cheaper. Amazing experience will be coming back.
