This florist is trying to win the award for the worst florist in North America and as far as I can see, they are leading by a wide margin. This is the second time this has happened to me with them - I placed an order at 8 a.m. this morning for a 4 p.m. service, designer's choice and they just informed me at 10 a.m. that they got the order too late for the service. DESIGNER'S CHOICE was my selection. Why do they bother to advertise that they deliver flowers if they don't actually deliver flowers.

I would not recommend this florist due to their failure to deliver flowers as promised. The delayed delivery, which arrived two days late and in poor condition, negatively impacted my wife's 35th anniversary celebration.
