bad. flowers were awful, didn't last more than a day. terrible customer service, nobody called back. charged more than what was supposed to be. just awful all around.

I would not recommend this shop. Flowers were ordered in-person ahead of time for pick-up at 8:30 on a Monday morning when the shop opens (as people have jobs and their own schedules they need to mind). Not only was the owner 30 minutes late to arriving for work and opening the shop, she also did not have the bouquet ready. Instead of owning up to her employees mistake, blame was placed on the customer? Information was missing on the order sheet - how is that the customers fault? I have no problem with mistakes, what I do take issue with is evading accountability. To make someone over an hour late to their own job because you can't arrive to yours on time, nor have orders ready when promised is bad business. We were offered nothing for the pretty big inconvenience . Her options were for him to forgo the order completely (for a refund - thanks?) or be in the shop an additional 30 minutes while she assembled it. I guess dollars and cents on one order are more important than maintaining long-term clients.

A bogus website imitating a local florist. I ordered flowers for my sister to be delivered in person on her birthday and I get an UP.S tracking number. What's wrong with this picture? I didn't pay for the UPS guy to deliver her flowers 2 days after her birthday, I wanted them delivered in person on her birthday, I will never, ever use this company again. I wish I could have done zero stars.

I called to order my wife flowers. I wanted dbl pedal Lilies in pink and white as well as greenery as a filler. No vase or glass container. The guy on the phone said NP they will be there by 5pm. A few hours later past the time they were supposed to be delivered I get an email saying that they cannot fill the order till Monday because they do not have the flowers in ordered in stock. I immediately called Multiple times and got a recording that said I would be put on a callback list. Well that never call came. On Monday the flowers were delivered to my wife. Only problem is they filled the order with what they felt like. I got pink lilies , pink roses, and green hydrangeas!
