Absolutely loved this place, the staff members are so kind and helpful!! The food is divine and sooo fluffy!!! And the drinks are delicious! Today I had the matcha served by Abdullah, he greeted us with kindness and helped us pick the right matcha! Also Ellie was helpful and offered us cup holders when she so us struggling! She was attentive and had a lovely smile :) thank you so much Cardiff Fluffy fluffy! Can’t wait to come back with my family and friends !

We visited today and had the most delicious pancakes! My husband had the Nutella one and I had Bueno&Berry. They were so fluffy, fresh and just the right amount! The staff were also really friendly too and there was a very chill atmosphere. I would highly recommend a visit! We'll certainly be returning ♥️

Really lovely breakfast in Fluffy Fluffy. We had some souflé pancakes which were delighted and the iced matcha was great too. Server was very pleasant and restaurant was nice and clean. Only thing which harms it is the damage to the windows needing repair. But don’t let this put you off, it’s a great spot.

Warning: Come hungry!! Portions are large, food is delicious (Japanese style fluffy pancakes are on point), and service was great. Just know if you do get the soufflé pancakes that it does take a little while to make. BUT well worth it!

Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Gentelment fulfilled my wish to add a salad to my Avocado Griddle and remove onions from my Wife dish. Nice designed space. Highly recommend!
