The staff here is amazing. My dog had separation anxiety and they sat with her for an hour just comforting her. With our cat they let her chill when she was not happy with us having her spend the night with them. 100/10 will definitely recommend them.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is the worst pet boarding services in Fort Worth. I left my two cats with them And I did not receive any updates on them without me calling to inquire about them first. Even trying to get through to them was a hassle they never answer their phones and their voicemail was full. I called off and on for two days before I finally was able to speak to somebody. And she even said that they were not following protocol by Sending out the report cards. When I picked up my cats on Sunday, I asked to speak with the owner and she has not returned my call since and I’ve tried to call the Business and still no answer. I left them with a brand new bag of cat food for the week, and the bag was practically full when I picked them up. That bag was supposed to be half empty. I wish I would have not boarded my cats here.

We were very pleased with our experience boarding our 2 dogs at Fluffy's. From my initial call to get information, to drop off, Reanna at the front desk was so nice and helpful! We were on a 5 day trip and I only received 1 report card, I would have like to receive atleast 1 more. But that's OK. I was a nervous dog mom and called everyday and the overnight lady was also so wonderful in giving me detailed info on what my doggies were up to for the day. Don't let the location or small building deter you. My doggies were safe with staff that made me feel like they cared.

Great dog boarding service. There are discounts for the first service. It’s a small facility, so your pup will get individual care by the staff. Clean facility and responsive staff with any questions or concerns you have. You also get report cards during your pups stay. Would recommend anything you need to board your dog.
