From the time we made contact with Fluid Plumbing, an appointment was done straight away. All details were taken accurately and Neil turned up at our home on time. He was very polite and he knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to schedule the job in, buy the materials and complete the job within a couple of hours. The process was so easy and hassle/ stress free. We highly recommend Neil as he is very polite, competent and offer great service :)

Hot water system failed over Christmas. Contacted Fluid Plumbing who contacted me with 24hrs arranged for plumber to attend to investigate the problem. Spent hours working the possible causes. Due to the age of the existing system (including 20 old solar panels) we decided to install a heat pump. Due to the Christmas break the heat pump was not available locally. A pump was brought from Bathurst. Given the first contact was on a Monday the pump and system was in stalled on Wednesday. 3 days. We had visitors arriving on Thursday!!. From the first contact with fluid plumbing customer service was outstanding particularly as it was over the holiday period, staff were amazing. On time and professional. The best trade experience I have had. Highly recommended.

Fluid Plumbing may be a bit dearer than other plumbing services but you get very prompt and efficient service from polite and friendly plumbers. Communication is excellent, plumbers arrive on time and customer service is their goal. You can rely on them to get the job done first time and properly. I would recommend.

Lachy was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The customer service was outstanding, and nothing was a problem. The installation of my cooktop was perfection. Lachy left the premises spotless and took away all the rubbish. I highly recommend Lachy and Fluid. The quote was very comparable to other's I had received.
