On 12/12/25 We were planning on celebrating my son’s birthday to jump with his friends and luckily my wife looked at the website and said closing soon. She called and was informed that someone had bought out the facility to them selves and we scrambled to get another location and luckily jump time was open and is able to accommodate. I do not recommend this place as your child and friends may not be able to have a good time as they shut down the place at short notice. Also, I did confirm this was not advertised as bought out on the week of 12/9.

I’ve been taking my little (4 1/2) here for years. Great place for him to get out their energy in a safe space. Sadly I don’t knowing that’s the case any more and if I feel safe with him there. I was there last Tuesday after school. There were teenagers there throwing around a foot balls in the main trampoline area upfront. There are little bouncing and falling around and the teenagers are rough housing and the ball is flying around. The staff didn’t stop it but joined in. I get it if they were playing on the individual trampolines but the open area with littles and the staff joins in. How is that safe? Moreover I read the rules and it was allowed nothing was posted about not throwing around a ball in the trampoline area. Update, just had an amazing chat with Jason. He informed me the tape was reviewed, and there was training from the incident and that what happened should not have. That safety is extremely important to them, and there is a no ball policy outside the designated areas. Great guy was appreciative of the feedback so you can better the staff and the experience for the patrons. I look forward to going there next time and meeting him in person.

Our kids have celebrated their birthdays multiple times at Fly High. The staff does an incredible job between coordinating before the event and during the event. They check on the group and always make sure we have extra things like cake cutters and lighters. Their pizza is always a hit! I love the observation deck on top where you can keep an eye on the kids as well. But probably the best part? Burning off all that sugar-fueled energy! 🤣

We had my grandson‘s birthday party there. They had everything set up. They kept things clean, they kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and they even cleaned up for us! The kids had a blast! There was music, but it wasn’t blaring really loud so you could still have a conversation. It was very enjoyable.👍🏼👍🏼
