Terrible staff!!! At Macquarie shopping , the staff didn’t set up properly, the equipment is clearly to big for my son, halfway I have to ask to change to a smaller one but she couldn’t even bother to tighten it up, the whole thing is hanging up to my son’s chest, and limited his lags movement, how can he bounce if he can’t move his lag!!!!! Very bad experience, we paid for 8 mins totally wasted of money. Please train your staff !!!! For the response: it was 25th of Jan around noon

My kids having been jumping with Flymotion for years! They love the experience and from toddlers to teenagers it never fails to entertain them. The staff are always friendly, fun and encouraging. I highly recommend a visit if you get a chance.

Bad staff, unprofessional no manner of communication. Rip off 4 mins charge $12. Staff didn't set up the properly my kids floated in the air for more than 2 mins I have to keep pulling her down to get her foot to touch the trampoline, she totally jumped only 4 -5 times and her body keep floated. I paid $12 only 4 mins played ,Only 2 staffs one busy with set up and the other grumpy didn't care to help i asked him many times that my kid won't be able to jump if she her foot not touch the ground. It's ripped off . Not recommended not happy , will never return back again

The hardest part about Flymotion is trying to get your kids to leave! My older girl is obsessed with the Bungy trampoline and the little one was having the time of her life on the inflatables. Will definitely be back!

Such a fun experience for the kids! They would have kept going for hours if we left them. Perfect for parties too. The staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended
