It was amazing , starting from the check‑in with the warmest welcome from Kay, the nicest person we met in New York. After that, we had a very nice briefing with Aline. But Miki truly stood out during the whole trip , what a fabulous guy! And of course, Raphael, our pilot, was incredible as well. He made everything feel extra special with his clear instructions and great personality.

This helicopter flight over NYC with FLYNYON was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and an absolute MUST DO, especially at sunset with the DOORS OFF! From the moment we lifted off, my jaw was on the floor. Seeing the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, the bridges, and the Hudson River glowing in golden light was beyond magical. With the doors off, you feel completely immersed—no glass, no barriers—just pure adrenaline and breathtaking views. What made this experience even more special is that my wife is terrified of heights and even gets panic attacks inside airplanes—so imagine a helicopter with NO doors! It was very windy, and yes, she was scared at first, but the pilot and crew made us feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Despite her fear, she ended up truly enjoying the ride, and to my surprise, she even told me afterward that she wants to do it again. That alone says everything about how amazing this experience is. From the moment we arrived until takeoff, the entire FLYNYON crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel safe and excited. During our 30-minute flight, the pilot was constantly pointing out iconic landmarks and positioning the helicopter perfectly to give us the best possible angles for photos and videos. And trust me—photos don’t even come close to capturing how incredible this experience is in real life. Whether you’re visiting NYC or you live here, do not miss this experience. We just flew with the helicopter for the first time. We actually booked a sunset tour for the day before but it was canceled because of bad visibility and storm. So we wrote an email and could reschedule directly and easy for the next day. Because we paid more for the sunset we got a special offer to double the flight time and it was definitely worth it. Everyone was very friendly and helped us from the booking till after the flight. The flight itself was stunning and we got to see everything from NYC. We can definitely recommend it although it's further away than other options. The waiting room is huge and there are snacks, a clothing shop and a helicopter to take photos available.

Incredible experience!! The pilot was fantastic, too. Very engaging even though he’s probably done the flight 10,000 times, he was polite and made it fun. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to take away a great memory.

Truly one of the highlights of my trip. Seeing the city from above was absolutely breathtaking the skyline, the Hudson River, Central Park, and all even more magical from the air. I also want to highlight the amazing staff who made the experience even better. Our pilot, Adam, was incredibly skilled and kind. He explained everything clearly, made me feel safe the entire time, and guided the flight beautifully. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. At the reception, George took great care of us as well. He was very friendly, explained the whole process step by step, and made sure we felt comfortable before the flight. And the gentleman who drove us to the helicopter was also wonderful!! very polite, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to the whole team, the flight was not only stunning but also extremely well-organized and enjoyable. It’s worth every minute.
