Best experience ever! Kitt was so amazing, friendly, and talented. My hair is like a dream come true! The whole staff + environment was kind and welcoming. Hadn't been to a professional salon but this has me hooked! Will be returning & telling everyone to come here. Seriously soooo good.

Update: I went back for my coloring and Kit once again did amazing! I went full blonde and she did everything she could to make sure my hair would turn out exactly the way I wanted it. It is always a good sign when the stylist checks in often, gets second opinions to make sure timing is perfect, and then praise me like a goddess when everything comes out perfect. First visit after finding them on Google. I loved it! Kit gave me a fantastic hair chop for my poor curls. After a couple years of neglect, she has made my hair shiny and eye catching again. I'll be back again for a coloring in a couple weeks!

My appointment with "Topher" was great. I was greeted promptly for my appointment, he was very kind and courteous. He always does a awesome cut & style,considering I have cowlicks which its hard to find someone that can make them lay right. Ive been going for 4-5 months and my hair looks so much better. Scheduled for cut & style in a few weeks can hardly wait. He has a uplifting attitude and very professional.

I am Louisville, Kentucky on Business and I had a hair issue. I found Focus Salon on line and I could not have been luckier. It was so easy to Book On-line and as soon as I walked in I loved the feel of Focus Salon. Everyone was so friendly, professional and fun. Most of all thank you Kelli Hecker for fixing me up and making me feel great!!! Next time I am in Louisville, Kentucky I will stop in!!! You Rock!!

Kit was amazing. Patient, and kind. I had left notes on my appointment that I had hair anxiety and was very nervous and Kit made sure I was completely comfortable. My cut turned out amazing and by the time I left the salon I felt like I had been hanging out with an old friend. Will definitely be back!
