I had a really disappointing experience at this shop in the Plaza District. The employee working was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. At one point, he abruptly told us to put the merchandise down, which felt unnecessary and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. We were genuinely interested in browsing and potentially buying something, but the atmosphere made it impossible to enjoy the visit. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here based on how we were treated.
