Kevin and Victoria were great at showing me the differences between the scooter and letting me take them apart and put them together. They were very helpfull. I was not sure if the scooter I orderd was going to come in in time for our trip and they offèred a free rental if it did not. What great customer service.

My experience with Folsom Mobile Scooters was absolutely amazing! I chose the same day appointment due to not needed a scooter for more than a day/ night - it was more used for my Halloween costume. Turned out great btw. The time I spent there was fast, easy and I was out the door within 15 mins. The gentlemen (forgot his name.. sorry!) showed me how to take apart the scooter so it was easier loading it in and out my truck which he ended up doing afterwards. His customer service was incredible and very professional. I will be back!

We had purchased a 4 day pass to Aftershock a year ago and recently I had to have a hysterectomy due to cancer and wasn’t sure how I was going to pull off getting around. I am in the Aftershock FB group and someone recommended Folsom. After doing research this place was the best priced and had the better scooters. I wasn’t sure which scooter was best for me so I talked to Kevin and he ensured me that the one I rented online would be the best due to the terrain and the battery life would be good. The first 2 days it rained and the scooter did awesome. I could ride 2 whole days without charging the battery. People at the fest that normally use mobility scooters were jealous because their scooters wouldn’t let them go to most places due to the terrain. I had no problems at all! I loved that this was an option and I can enjoy the fest after everything I had went through with cancer. Folsom allowed me to celebrate being cancer free and not have to sit in once place the whole time I was there! Thank you!

Amazing guy! We were passing through Sacramento on vacation and called at the spur of the moment. Kevin was amazing! Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to serve us. We would definitely use him again.

Folsom Mobility Scooters are amazing. The scooters are high quality and we had zero issues. We rented for two weeks and the price was really fair. They deliver and pick up so the rental is very convenient. We recommend anyone interested in renting a scooter for a vacation like we did, or for any other reason, to give Kevin at Folsom Mobility Scooters a call first.
