Booked an appointment at 6:30 pm, showed up on time only for the lady at the front desk to tell me that I was wrong and that I booked it at 7:30. I showed her the confirmation text and she asked if I can wait an hour so they can see me. I ended up leaving. What’s the point of booking if they don’t honor the appointment?

The staff were super thurough with their massages, i will most definately be going back monthly! I would recommend to call and schedule as their online scheduling doesnt block out times that have already been reserved. I got a 90min Deluxe and it was $80, fell asleep for a little bit but got woken up to flip over and fell right back to sleep. The staff got the knots in my back, shoulders and calves. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a place that will really dig in!
