I was in the area and seen them so decided to stop in since I am newly engaged and needed my ring resized. They gave amazing customer service! They told me it would be ready the next day but actually were able to complete the resizing in 3 hours and now my ring fits perfectly. Definitely recommend and will keep them in mind as my Jewelers in the future

CONSUMERS BEWARE:Take your business elsewhere!!!! I brought my watch in for servicing in September, which cost $250. The main reason for the service was to ensure its smooth operation and prevent any issues. However, the service took longer than the quoted timeframe, which was annoying but could be overlooked. Fast forward to December 29, and I brought my watch in because I had three new issues that were not present before the service. The eight Roman numeral fell out of the face to the glass, the crystal was swapped out for a lower-quality one, and the hand would move by itself, misaligning the time. I brought my watch in today to get these issues resolved, as it was stated that if there were any issues with the service or the movement, I could bring it back in. I dropped it off and was called an hour later to inform me that it was not covered under the service. I’ve had this watch for over four years without any issues, except for the few months after the service performed by Forever Jewelers. Now, I have three new issues with the business refusing to take responsibility for their craftsmanship. They told me that if I wanted the issue fixed, it would cost me an additional $250, which is not even considering the replacement glass crystal.

I have been bringing my jewelry here for a couple months now, whenever I break my chain or my diamond falls out of my wedding ring. They have been doing an amazing job, they fix my pieces so quickly, sometimes within a day it’s done. They clean it so it’s nice and shiny when I pick it up. & the pricing is not bad either! You won’t regret coming here. And if you’re shopping around for your next piece of jewelry they have it here as well! One stop shop. Thank you forever jewelers

Recently, I had bought a Cuban bracelet for a friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, the size of the bracelet did not fit my friends wrist. Following countless calls to different jewelers and getting quoted ridiculous prices for adding an extra two links. I made the call to forever jewelers and spoke to Ash. He assured me that he had the material for the piece and had me bring it in to make sure the work could be done Within just a few days, they were able to add the extra links. And it fit perfect perfectly!!! They even restored and polished to make it look like new. The work was flawless, even to where they added in the extra links at the attach point of the clasp. Thank you so much to Ash and his team at forever jewelers ! I will definitely be coming back again and in the future to invest in some pieces of my own. If you are in the northwest area, please give these folks a call and head down to the store. You won’t regret it

Brought in a necklace chain that needed a repair and a stone to use in a new custom ring setting. The chain was fixed to perfection. I gave an idea of what I was looking for in a custom ring and the end result was even better than I could have imagined! I love my new ring! Excellent quality, customer service and prices. Would recommend and will return.
