Hands down, the best developers I've worked with! Personally and professionally, I've built many websites in the past and have jumped into many websites that were already created that I had to manage, but nothing compares to not only the service that Forge and Smith provides, but also their proprietary backend system! It's clean, easy to navigate, easily scalable and robust enough for me to go in and tweak things to my exact liking! Not to mention their support team if I can't figure something out (or I accidentally break something) is extremely responsive! I cannot recommend them enough!! This is the second time I've built an entire website from scratch with them, and if more projects in my professional life come up again where I need to build another website - they will definitely be my first go to!

The Forge and Smith team is very helpful, communicative, and nimble: they take the time to get to know you, your website needs, and are great at pivoting plans when you need them to. Every step of the way, they explain all you need to know and take the time to listen to your concerns and your organization's feedback. If you want a beautiful and intuitive website that has been created thoughtfully and a team that takes care of you, look no further than Forge and Smith.

At Mutual Fire Insurance, two primary things we look for when choosing a vendor partner are shared values, and those that place people first in a partner service approach to doing business. With Forge and Smith, you will find a team of talented, friendly, and dedicated individuals eager to support you through your customer journey. We worked with Forge and Smith to create a website for our new commercial subsidiary company, Four Points Insurance. The team at Forge and Smith really took the time to understand who we were as a company to create a website that reflects us. Through every step of the process, from brand discovery through site design and quality assurance, we were consistently impressed by the efficient and streamlined process that Forge and Smith has mastered to create a smooth experience. Everyone we worked with at this company was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and were able to answer all our questions while making valuable suggestions to improve the site. We were impressed with the expertise, adaptability, and problem-solving skills of the team at Forge and Smith, and it was clear that everyone was passionate about what they do. We could not be more impressed with the customer service and product quality we received from Forge and Smith! A big thank you to Shawn and the team at Forge and Smith!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Forge and Smith. From day 1, their team was extremely supportive, providing us with a variety of tools and examples to help guide our vision. They were able to provide us with a website that went above and beyond our expectations, but still within our requested budget. After having a positive experience with them, we have continued to work with them on multiple other microsites, and the results have continued to be fantastic. As a smaller organization, we did not have as much in-house capacity to explore some of the finer details of the site, but we didn't need to worry because the Forge and Smith team was always helpful and available, providing us with both support and suggestions. Everyone on the team is a joy to work with, and would absolutely recommend them!
