I worked with Forklift for my September 2025 wedding and would highly recommend anyone considering Forklift for their event catering to do the same. Given that your catering team is the backbone of your event, I was highly selective of which vendor I wanted to work with. From the first point of contact, Forklift was timely, helpful, and enthusiastic about my event. I worked with Emily specifically throughout my year and a half engagement, who was absolutely phenomenal. She had the best "can do" attitude and was always excited about my ideas and requests. Additionally, she was very patient and accessible when I had questions or wanted to make changes. I frequently came to her for advice, and not only did she deliver, but she also provided options that she thought would fit my vision. She has such a warm energy and was truly a pleasure to work with. The wedding day itself was nothing short of magical - the food and drinks were so far above and beyond what you would expect from a caterer. The flavors are so elevated and complex, and the presentation is somehow just as impressive. The staff were also so attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would hire Forklift again in a heartbeat given the opportunity. They are a premium caterer, but you absolutely get a premium experience. Our band, who has performed at hundreds of events, asked us if they could physically shout Forklift out during our reception for providing the best meals and service they had ever experienced. Forklift did an incredible job on our recent wedding. The first caterer we had chosen let us know that they were unable to cater the wedding a few months before the date. They told us that they would only use Forklift for their own wedding and made the introduction. Kristen was able to take over without skipping a beat and set up a tasting immediately. We were blown away by the food – absolutely delicious. Kristen curated the perfect menu for our vision and suggested a family-style set-up, which was perfect for our small wedding of 80 people. The presentation and variety of options was also very impressive. Many of our guests told us that it was the best food they had ever tasted (let alone at a wedding) and that they wished that they had a restaurant! The staff was so professional – they made the evening seamless and perfect. We could not recommend Forklift more for any catering needs you may have!
