Great experience at Fort Rock with our local homeschool group. The staff checked in and got the kids geared up quickly, with a wide range of shoe sizes available. They were attentive and supportive of newer climbers, making sure everyone was learning, having fun, and feeling encouraged. With plenty of ropes, climbing areas, and difficulty levels, the space easily accommodated all skill levels in our group. Snacks and drinks were also available for purchase.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here today. 10/10 experience. The staff was very attentive and ensured we had a great experience. Highly recommend having your little one’s birthday here; will definitely be back!

This indoor park is so cool. They offer toddler time Saturday mornings so your little littles can explore without big kids shoving them around. It's pretty affordable, at $10 a child for the kids' hour. However cool; the employees lack general hospitality. You can have firm rules with kindness. Also, upon leaving, there was a family walking up that was turned away because they didn't reserve a time slot... seems like a poor business model.

Our whole family had such an amazing time at our first visit to Fort Rock! Our kids absolutely loved the play side and the kids rock climbing section to get comfortable their first time climbing, and my husband and I also had a great time climbing on the climbing side! The staff were so kind and helpful since we are beginners, and even the other climbers were friendly. 100% recommend for all ages!

My daughter loved this place. They were very kind while helping her try to climb. And then she changed her mind and wanted to just play in the kids' area, which is full of all kinds of fun things. They have the barbie house which has a hair salon, big doll house, and kitchen set up, a little play area for infants and toddlers, a three wheeler track, which goes under the large indoor play structure. They have a child's climbing wall (as opposed to the other side that is all climbing walls), and much more. My just-turned-8yr old daughter loved it and has asked to go back. I can see her growing out of it within the next year or two, but I think it is ideal for children 8 and younger. The price was pretty good for what you get as well. They played songs from Disney movies, I mostly remember hearing Mary Poppins songs. And at the end when they were closing they played a goodbye song. The staff was kind and helpful and they were seen cleaning up at the end of the day near closing.
