I am SO glad I chose Fort Wayne IT Solutions to help me with my computer issue! I had gotten a new laptop and paid Geek Squad to transfer the data to my new device. They said they couldn’t do it, as my hard drive had crashed. They said they could send it out for data recovery, however, it would take two to three months, and would cost a minimum of $400 dollars. I panicked! The daily operations of my business were on that computer. I called Fort Wayne IT Solutions and spoke with Austen. This was at about 5 minutes before they closed. He said that he thought he could fix the problem and would wait for me to get there. I dropped off the laptop, and he called me early afternoon on the following day, and said the data was all transferred. Lightning fast turnaround, and a fraction of what the other place quoted! He even took the time to answer many questions I had about my system! I will definitely go to Fort Wayne IT Solutions for all my future IT needs!
