My pup is new to this vet clinic, she can be pretty anxious, and they took such great care to make her feel safe. They fit us in quickly and were very transparent with costs to make sure we didn’t get stuck with a huge surgery bill. They also text us throughout her stay to keep us updated on everything for ease of mind. I truely recommend them!

I couldn’t recommend Nic and Minji more highly! They were exceptional! Friendly, caring, thorough and also very reasonably priced, re my dear Staffy cats diagnosis. You can see they have a passion for what they do and their care for animals. I sourced out a few vets and am so thankful that I chose them! I will not go anywhere else! Had to return for more pain relief and nothing was too much trouble ..saw Staffy cat immediately and complimentary pain and vet visit! Never had such a great experience ever with a vet! Number 1 and I have already told friends about their great service and care.

Exceptional care for my cat. I have been a client of theirs for nearly half a decade now, and the vets have looked after my fluffy girl from routine vaccinations to serious hospitalisation and hyperthyroidism. Vets and nurses are always helpful and friendly. Particularly noteworthy is their exceptional clinical knowledge and briefing me on the physiological details of the condition so I understand the issue. Always uses gold standard methodology in treatment. A bonus is the amazing decor and ambiance of the clinic.

I can’t thank Dr Nic at Fortitude Valley Vet enough for the incredible care he gave my dog. He performed a tail amputation, and from start to finish he was professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled. The procedure went smoothly, and the level of care and attention he showed made a stressful situation so much easier for both me and my dog. Dr Nic took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely treated my dog as if he were his own. It’s clear the surgery was done with precision and care. I’m beyond grateful for his expertise and kindness. I highly recommend Dr Nic and the team at Fortitude Valley Vet to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

What an excellent vet practice this is. I’ve had a wonderful experience from my first phone call. I was looking for a more affordable dental service (for my cat) than my usual vet, which I achieved but the whole experience was great. Friendly warm nurses, a warm welcoming vibe when you enter the practice. I was kept really informed about the process from preparing my cat for dental surgery; was called in the middle of the day with an update and confirmation to go ahead with teeth extraction. They showed me the X-rays after the extractions (fascinating) and fully explained what the procedure covered. My cat was very well looked after and I will definitely return to the Fortitude Valley Vet 😊
