I am having an excellent experience at Foundation CityPlace. Jason Ngai is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going. He made me feel comfortable right from day one, even though I was nervous as it was my first time ever going to physiotherapy. He followed up after my appointment with a clear and detailed treatment plan sent by email, complete with photos, which I found extremely helpful. Booking appointments is seamless thanks to the very user-friendly online portal. The front desk experience was just as great. Annabelle is warm and polite. She took the time patiently answered all of my insurance questions and on my first day told me about the complimentary beverages available during my appointment. I truly felt well cared for and would highly recommend Jason and this clinic to anyone looking for a positive and professional physiotherapy experience.

Tina (physio, including concussion), Niko (deep tissue massage) and Alisha (massage) are my go-to care team. Cindy is a great physiotherapist! From the beginning, she helped me to understand reasons of my pain in different areas as I injured my ankle and had high ankle sprain. Some problems affected my leg and even the way I used to walk. She treated me with different treatments every week and she noticed any changes or improvements that needed different exercises. She asked me questions about my daily life and what are my work duties to give me the best exercises that will help me to recover from the injury. I am still recovering and still receiving the physiotherapy. You should definitely book your physiotherapy with her.
