Dr. Jason put together a personal stretch plan for me which included videos so that I can also be working at home to treat the underlying causes of pain. So grateful for the 4th ave Team.

My husband had a massage with John this morning. He said it was amazing. He goes deep getting knots out. Curts resting and drinking lots of water.
