We hired Fox Air Conditioning, owned by Louis Fox, to install air conditioning at our new dental practice. It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Louis took our money and then failed to turn up on the agreed installation day, ignoring all calls and messages. Only after we involved the bank to recover our money did he suddenly call us, admitting he had been taking drugs and was “in a bad way.” When he eventually did start the job, he repeatedly failed to show up on the days he promised, causing huge delays to our project. We are now left with a half-completed installation, and he has stopped responding entirely. We brought in other qualified contractors to assess the work, and they confirmed it has been done completely incorrectly and not to any regulation or professional standard. Because of his incompetence, we now have to rip open our ceilings, which were already fully plastered and painted, literally one day before our grand opening. An absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, cowboy operation. Stay well away from Fox Air Conditioning.

Fox air conditioning installed a unit at my home very professional ,cost effective, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again. Also recommends fox air conditioning to all my customer base.

I called Fox Air Conditioning on a Saturday and was really impressed- they were out the very next day (Sunday!) to carry out an air conditioning service. I dealt with Louis, who was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a thorough job. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how quickly they responded, especially over the weekend. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!

I will recommend this company for air conditioning installation. Louis did a very good job with the installation of an air conditioning in my house. Excellent communication and his price was very reasonable. He did all he promised and was easily contacted after the installation. He was very patient and did what I wanted. Excellent job, well done.
