Brought my dog for his first haircut ever, they treated him patiently for his first time being groomed and seemed to have made it a great experience for him. His haircut looks great and is looking great a month later. We'll be returning!

I can't believe we haven't reviewed Jenna yet! We've been taking our 3.5 year old Havanese to Fox and Hound since her very first puppy cut. She's fairly anxious and trembles dramatically while on our way there, but once she's in Jenna's arms she calms down and handles her grooming like a champ. I can only credit Jenna's conscientious handling of her over the years, and the cuts always come out wonderful. Jenna has always been lovely to interact with, and we are happy to trust her with our new 1 year old as well (we apologize about his enthusiastic vocalizations.) Thanks for taking such good care of Mimi & Leo!

You would think someone who cares about dogs wouldn’t let her boyfriend park his truck with the exhaust pointed directly at an open window. My dog is 10 years old and has healrh isuues and with such a small apartment and only two windows for fresh air it feels personal. Just to be clear, it’s not the owner but her boyfriend who has a loud aftermarket exhaust. Parking lot is usually empty and theres no reason to park on an angle directly in front when there are spots that are further away.

I have a 10 year old Portuguese water dog and Jenna has been grooming her since she was a puppy. I have visited many groomers over the years and she is by far the best. Since she opened her own place the love and cuddles she shows towards the dogs is amazing and she treats her humans well too. I have no complaints and I don't have any intention to go anywhere else ever!
